Issuance and distribution of quantitative coins

In order to complete the construction of the digital currency economic ecology, token distribution activities will now be carried out. The initial issuance of DCP is 7200 trillion, and additional issuance will be carried out later based on ecological construction. Proceeds from the issuance of Quantum Coin will be used to fund the research and development, promotion, operation and deployment of the Quantum Coin Foundation of Open Messenger and Quantum Coin. A portion of the funds raised in the token distribution will be used to integrate Quanticoin into Open Messenger.
